For students currently in EPSCoR, either in a graduate position or an REU position, we offer professional development opportunities including travel awards, opportunities to present research, and opportunities to participate in student sessions within Idaho EPSCoR conferences and events. Idaho EPSCoR also provides workshops and online resources as part of Idaho’s pipeline initiative designed to encourage students to pursue graduate degrees in a STEM discipline and to foster mentorship and professional development opportunities that will lead to a successful transition into an academic career.
